How It Works

Phase 1: Online Coursework
After registering, you’ll get instant access to your online course. Complete your training at your own pace before the class starts in April/May 2026.

Phase 2: Hands-On Training
Join us in Louisa, VA end of April - beginning of May, 2026. Review key concepts with your instructor, then apply your knowledge in the Mobile Test House with real-world equipment.

Phase 3: Certification Exams
Take your BPI Building Analyst Technician field exam onsite. Certified proctors will administer and grade your tests. Leave the event with the credentials you need.
